- A$110,000.00/yr We are seeking a agile and energetic individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team full time. A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, maintenance of employee records, and support processing activities. Finance Officer As the Finance Officer you will play a vital role in supporting our Directors in ensuring timely and accurate accounts and payroll processing, and provide accounting services across multiple group companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and lodge all required tax returns, including:
- BAS / IAS
- GST
- PAYG withholding
- Long Service Leave (MyLeave)
- FBT (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with ATO and State Revenue Office (WA) requirements
- Liaise with the ATO, OSR WA, auditors, and external accountants as needed
- Stay up to date with changes in tax and payroll legislation
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
- Manage and process superannuation, PAYG withholding, and payroll tax obligations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, payroll accounts, and balance sheet items
- Monthly Progress Claims calculations and processing




- End of Month accounts processing
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Support year-end financial statements and audit processes Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Proven experience in an accounting role with hands‑on payroll and tax responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax law, payroll, and superannuation
- Experience with accounting software (preference Xero)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
