Canberra/Brisbane/Melbourne Baseline Security Clearance Required A major national program delivering large-scale digital transformation is seeking a Systems Trainer to support training and capability uplift across a high-profile technology initiative. Working within a dedicated Change Management team, you/'ll collaborate closely with the Training Manager and program stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training that drives system adoption and prepares users for new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored training materials including guides, videos, and learning modules
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions both virtually and in-person
- Assess learner needs and support the full training lifecycle from planning to evaluation




- Work closely with change teams and stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption
- Track and report on training delivery, uptake, and effectiveness About You
- You're a confident trainer who can translate complex system changes into practical learning experiences. You enjoy working with stakeholders, creating engaging training content, and helping teams successfully adopt recent technology.
- Experience delivering training for enterprise systems or large-scale IT programs
- Proven ability to contribute across the full training lifecycle
- Strong capability developing training materials for diverse audiences
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex program environment
- Understanding of Agile delivery and change management frameworks
