- Work alongside ITSM team in providing fundamental tasks of IT Support /n
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members /n
- Resolve issues related to hardware, software and systems access company-wide /n
- Research, analyse, test tool sets according to current processes and ITIL methodologies /n /n Requirements/n /n About You:/n /n /n /n
- Final year student or graduate of Computer Science/IT related field /n
- Good understanding of software development /n
- Basic knowledge of ITIL Processes /n
- Strong interest in coding and willingness to learn /n
- Valuable team-player /n
- Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period /n /n /n /n /n
