About the role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor provides support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective onboarding and offboarding. This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:
- establish effective partnerships with hiring managers across NSW Trustee and Guardian
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process and providing fit-for-purpose assessment strategies
- provide coaching and support to hiring managers on legislative compliance
- manage and maintain candidate relationships through providing meaningful and constructive feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on the relevant legislative requirements and support hiring managers in selecting the most suitable candidate for the role. We strongly encourage you to apply if you possess the following

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex talent issues and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
- Proven ability to operate with minimum supervision and meet challenging timeframes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Proactive, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box.
- Ability to provide training, mentorship, and coaching to hiring managers, panel members and direct report to ensure adherence to legislative compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition.
- Extensive experience in recruitment and knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
