- Night and Weekend Bar Manager at the Caledonian Hotel Echuca The Caledonian Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Night & Weekend Bar Manager to join our team. You will be confident leading a team, working in a busy hospitality environment and helping keep the venue running smoothly across nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities
Leading and supporting the team during night and weekend shifts Overseeing the day-to-day running of the venue Supervising staff and helping maintain a positive, professional workplace Opening and closing procedures, cash handling and general venue operations Assisting with TAB operations and compliance Working closely with senior management to ensure the venue runs smoothly About you Previous experience managing or supervising a team Solid leadership and communication skills Reliable, organised and confident making decisions Available to work nights and weekends Current RSA and Cellar experience TAB experience is highly regarded, however not essential Hospitality or venue management experience would be highly regarded
