Job Description
We’re currently representing a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of retail fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across Melbourne’s Bayside and South-East./n /nWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects valued between $1M–$10M, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes from start to finish./n CA’s ready to step into Project Management are also encouraged to apply./n /n The Opportunity/n /n
- Manage retail fitout, refurbishment and new build projects valued $1M–$10M /n
- Take ownership of project delivery, programme, budget and client relationships /n
- Work alongside an experienced construction team with strong support and career progression /n
- Opportunity to build on your existing experience and step into larger and more complex projects /n About You/n /n




- Proven experience delivering commercial retail fitout/refurbishment projects /n
- New build experience highly regarded /n
- Solid understanding of project delivery, subcontractor management and programming /n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills /n
