We’re looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team and help prospective students find the right learning pathway for their goals. Why This Sales Role Is Different/n Unlike many sales roles, you’ll work exclusively with prospective students who have already expressed an interest in studying with us. /n No cold calling. Every conversation is with someone actively exploring ways to improve their career, gain new skills or achieve their professional goals. /n This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, asking great questions, understanding people’s aspirations and helping them make informed decisions about their future. /n You’ll join a high-performing team that celebrates success, supports one another and is committed to continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing/n /n
- Engage with warm, marketing-generated enquiries. /n
- Build rapport and understand each prospective student’s career goals and learning needs. /n
- Recommend suitable qualifications and explain available course pathways. /n
- Guide prospective students through the enrolment journey. /n
- Manage your sales pipeline and activities through Salesforce CRM. /n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment. /n
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success. /n /n This is a fast-paced environment where strong communication,
