ShapeMakers is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our leadership team in NSW. You will translate business strategy into a practical people agenda, supporting the successful integration of current acquisitions and aligning structures, leadership and ways of working across the group. As a trusted adviser to the CEO and senior leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR leadership, balance governance with speed, build scalable HR frameworks, coach leaders and use workforce data to guide
