NSW Government is seeking a Senior Team Leader to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of biodiversity offset programs under the NSW Biodiversity Offset Scheme. The role guides a high-performing team across NSW, coordinating credit equivalence, transactions and retirements while driving reforms in a changing policy workplace. This ongoing full-time position offers hybrid work arrangements across NSW and a salary scale of $157,257 to $172,589 plus super, dependent on experience.
