Job Description
About the prospect /n We are seeking an experienced Pega Project Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex ICT projects for a large Federal Government department. /n Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will manage projects involving enterprise Pega and Cloud Pega platforms, supporting the delivery and integration of business applications and process automation solutions. /n

Key responsibilities
/n /n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex Pega projects and system integrations. /n
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, dependencies and deliverables. /n
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and escalations. /n
- Engage with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior management. /n
- Prepare project plans, executive briefings, progress reports and governance documentation. /n
- Monitor project financials, budgets and forecasts. /n
- Support delivery planning, transition activities and continuous improvement. /n /n Skills and experience /n To be successful, you will bring: /n /n
- Proven experience delivering Pega projects or programs. /n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an ICT Project Delivery Manager. /n
- Demonstrated experience managing complex system integration projects. /n
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities. /n




- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams. /n
- Experience preparing project documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders. /n /n Experience with other case management platforms, Agile delivery methodologies and Federal Government ICT governance frameworks will be highly regarded. /n
