- Full time or Part-time considered for the right person /n About the opportunity/n /nA growing national technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of several customer SaaS implementations at once and see them through to go-live. This is a vendor-side role: you'll be the person the customer looks to for delivery confidence, while keeping scope, budget and resourcing on track for the business. /n /nThe team works side by side in the CBD and needs someone who can step in and run projects from day one, without a long settling-in period. /n /n The role/n /n /n
- Manage multiple customer-facing SaaS implementation projects concurrently, through to go-live /n
- Own scope, budgets and resourcing across T&M; and fixed-price engagements /n
- Manage SOWs and commercial change with customers /n
- Lead customer stakeholder relationships and keep them confident in delivery /n




- Get up to speed quickly and drive projects with minimal ramp-up /n What you'll bring/n /n /n
- Project management experience on the vendor side: SaaS provider, reseller/VAR, systems integrator or technology consultancy (not an internal IT or PMO background) /n
- A track record of delivering customer SaaS implementations through to go-live /n
- Strong commercial control: scope, budget, SOWs, T&M; and fixed-price delivery /n
- Confidence managing customer stakeholders at all levels /n
- Availability to start by early November /n Formal PM credentials such as PMP are highly regarded./n /n Culture/n /n /n
