Excellent career progression opportunity /n Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager looking to take the next step in your aged care career? /n Collar Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to join a well-established residential aged care provider in the Albury region of NSW. /n This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinical leader to step into a senior role, strengthen their leadership skills and progress their career within aged care. /n The Role: /n /n
- Lead and support clinical teams within residential aged care /n
- Drive high standards of clinical care and resident outcomes /n
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance to nursing staff /n
- Support compliance, accreditation and clinical governance /n
- Work collaboratively with management and multidisciplinary teams /n




- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement /n /n What We're Looking For: /n /n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse /n
- Previous experience in residential aged care /n
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills /n
- Experience in a senior nursing, Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar role /n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills /n
