We are partnered with a leading firm to support a long-term project requiring a Dayforce Payroll / HCM implementation. The client is executing a major Dayforce implementation and is seeking a hands‑on HCMconsultant with experience supporting one or more of the following Dayforce modules (Reporting, Talent Management (Performance & Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding). - Configure and support Dayforce Reporting, Talent Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules
- Translate business requirements into system configuration
- Support business process optimisation and solution design
- Maintain alignment between Dayforce configuration and business objectives
