Lead the delivery of a landmark tourism and hospitality development project in Vanuatu./n Offering a $180K base salary, 10% retention bonus, relocation support, quarterly flights and visa sponsorship, this is a rare chance for an experienced construction professional seeking an international project challenge. Your new company Hays has partnered with a leading international organisation delivering landmark tourism and hospitality infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Due to continued project growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a major development project based in Vanuatu. Your new role Reporting to senior project leadership, you will lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. /n

Key responsibilities
will include: /n /n
- 5+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager /n
- Managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, procurement, construction and handover /n
- Leading contractor and consultant coordination across multiple project stakeholders /n
- Managing project schedules, budgets, forecasting and reporting /n
- Administering contracts, variations and change management processes /n
- Monitoring construction progress and contractor performance /n
- Implementing risk management and mitigation strategies /n
- Driving quality assurance and compliance across all construction activities /n
- Preparing project updates and executive reporting /n
- Ensuring delivery aligns with commercial,



operational and development objectives

What you'll need
to succeed /n To be considered, you will ideally possess:/n /n
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity /n
- Experience across hospitality, tourism, mixed-use, retail or major commercial developments /n
- Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline /n
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting and programme management /n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills /n
- Ability to work in a remote project environment and manage complex construction interfaces /n
