A well-established commercial construction specialist based in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team./n /n /nWith over 20 years in the Australian construction industry, this business has built a reputation on delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and recent builds — from education and healthcare facilities to sports precincts, hospitality fit-outs and corporate offices./n /n

About the Role
/n /n As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial construction projects from initial estimating and planning through to handover, leading a dedicated project team and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard./n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Manage the full project lifecycle across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects /n
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and procurement schedules /n
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants /n
- Liaise directly with clients, architects and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met /n
- Oversee quality, safety (OH&S;) and environmental compliance on site /n




- Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes /n
- Report on project progress, budgets and forecasts to senior management /n About You/n /n /n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction (fit-out, refurbishment or new build) /n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and budgeting /n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /n
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes /n
- Relevant trade, construction management or engineering qualifications preferred /n
