Project Manager – High-End Fitout /n Melbourne | Senior Project Delivery Role /n Redpath Partners is partnering with an established, privately owned project delivery and construction business to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to its Melbourne team. /n Operating within some of the most design-led and high-end sectors of the construction market, the business has built an impressive fit out portfolio across hospitality, hotels, lifestyle and complex refurbishment projects. /n With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they are looking for an accomplished SPM who can lead projects from early engagement and pre-construction through to delivery and handover. /n The Role /n This is a hands-on senior delivery position with significant responsibility across client management, commercial outcomes, design coordination and construction delivery. /n You will: /n /n
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion /n
- Manage complex refurbishment and fit-out projects, often within live environments /n
- Lead and mentor project teams across PM, CA/PE and site functions /n
- Maintain ownership of programme, budget, procurement and project risk /n
- Work closely with architects, designers, consultants and specialist subcontractors /n
- Drive design development and value management /n




- Build solid relationships with clients, operators and key stakeholders /n
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality and project presentation /n
- Work closely with the senior leadership team across project strategy and delivery /n /n About You /n You will ideally be an established Project Manager or Senior Project Manager coming from a commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment background. /n Experience across high-end hospitality, hotels, premium commercial fit-out or similarly design-intensive projects would be particularly well regarded. /n You will bring strong commercial capability, confidence dealing directly with clients and consultants, and the ability to manage the detail required to successfully deliver complex, high-quality projects. /n The Opportunity /n This is an opportunity to join a well-established specialist contractor with a strong reputation and genuine point of difference in the Melbourne market. /n Rather than operating within a traditional tiered-builder environment, you will work closely with senior leadership, clients and design teams while delivering projects where quality, detail and the finished product genuinely matter. /n For a confidential discussion, contact: /n Nick Kulakoff /n Redpath Partners /n 0423 325 015
