About the Role
/n /n /n ChoiceOne Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team in Perth./n /n /n In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a range of clinical settings, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients./n /n /n You will also support clinic operations through involvement in clinical care, education, and quality improvement initiatives./n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n You will deliver high-quality patient care across a range of clinical settings, including:/n /n
- ICU/HDU /n
- ED /n
- Medical wards /n
- Surgical wards /n
- Rehab /n
- Mental Health /n
- NDIS /n
- Aged Care /n About You/n /n /n To be successful in this role, you will have:/n /n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse /n
- Minimum 1 Year clinical experience post-grad /n




- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities /n
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions /n
- Understanding of quality improvement and risk management /n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills /n
- Passion for continuous improvement and patient care excellence /n
