Job Description
Civil Project Manager – Brisbane/n /n /n We’re seeking experienced Civil Project Managers for opportunities with established civil contractors delivering projects across Brisbane and North/South East Queensland./n /n /n These are broad opportunities across a varied civil construction portfolio—not limited to one project type. Work may include road construction and upgrades, drainage, bulk earthworks, subdivisions, local infrastructure, and master-planned communities./n /n The chance/n /n /n You’ll lead civil projects from planning and mobilisation through to construction, completion and handover. Depending on the project, you may oversee a single site or coordinate multiple work fronts, working closely with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and local authorities./n /n

Key responsibilities
/n /n
- Lead project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, on programme and within budget. /n
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans and resources. /n
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, plant and materials. /n
- Monitor progress, costs, productivity and risks, taking action to address issues and delays. /n




- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, project meetings and reporting. /n
- Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, approvals and project documentation. /n
- Work with construction and engineering teams to resolve technical and delivery challenges. /n
- Ensure quality, environmental and safety requirements are understood and met. /n
- Manage project completion, defects and handover. /n /n About you/n /n
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects from start to finish. /n
- Experience in one or more areas such as roads, drainage, earthworks, subdivisions or local infrastructure. /n
- Strong commercial and contract-management skills, including budgeting and forecasting. /n
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving. /n
- Practical understanding of civil construction methods, project programming and site delivery. /n
- Clear communication and a strong focus on safety, quality and client outcomes. /n
