We Expect High Performance – we set a high standard and we’re not satisfied with being average /n /n This role /n /n As Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll be working with Director of Partnerships, APAC and will be instrumental in growing AU channel revenue to achieve our North Star of partnerships being 50% of the region’s revenue. This role prioritises high-velocity partners, digital marketplaces, and turnkey enablement models. /n /n This is an individual contributor (IC) role. /n /n

Working hours
This role must be based in Australia. /n /n Your key focus areas will be: /n /n




- Engage: Nurture and grow existing referral partnerships across Accounting firms, HR Consultants, Payroll bureaus and Technology partners /n
- Acquire Channel Partnerships: Recruit , Activate and Manage regional VARs and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with large, existing SME customer footprints on our reseller partner model. /n
- Scalable Enablement: Training and digital toolkits for rapid partner activation. /n
- Volume Campaign Management: Partner with Marketing teams to launch low-touch, high-yield demand generation campaigns. /n
- Velocity Pipeline Management: Manage high-volume lead pipelines. /n
- Marketplace Expansion: Drive revenue through B2B cloud marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft, Sage, etc) favoured by SME buyers. /n /n /n This will include: /n /n
- Designing and implementing a partnership acquisition strategy in alignment with the Ideal Partner Profile /n
- Strategically growing key accounts by running online and in person meetings, running business reviews with partners /n

- SME Market Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing channel ecosystems that sell to buyers with sub-1,000 employee counts /n




- Program Automation: Proven ability to scale partner programs using PRM tools and Salesforce. /n
- Velocity Metrics: Deep understanding of high-volume sales cycles, average contract values (ACV), and ICP Match. /n
- A Hunter minded problem solver with refined communication skills. /n
- Negotiator with experience working with the C-suite and GM level personas. /n
