Job Description
As our highly valued Workflow & Intelligent Automation Developer, your role will design, build and support workflow and intelligent automation solutions that underpin our digital customer experiences and back-of-house processes. /n Working across technologies including UiPath RPA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, you'll take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery and help us build scalable, reliable technology that makes banking simpler for our customers. /n Supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home. /n You’ll make an impact by: /n /n
- Designing and implementing automation workflows, integrations and workflow applications using UiPath, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 and related technologies /n /n /n
- Building scalable, maintainable and high-performing solutions using sound software engineering principles /n /n /n
- Developing reusable components, libraries and best practices that improve the speed and quality of delivery /n /n /n
- Integrating systems using APIs, databases and modern data integration patterns /n /n /n
- Taking solutions from scoping and estimation through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support /n /n /n
- Troubleshooting and resolving defects, incidents and performance issues across automation and workflow solutions /n /n /n
- Collaborating with business analysts, process owners, architects and technology teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions /n /n /n
- Contributing to technical design discussions, architecture standards, continuous delivery and agile ways of working /n /n /n

You'll have the opportunity to own solutions end-to-end, explore new technologies and contribute to how we design and deliver automation across the Bank. /n To succeed in this role, you'll have: /n /n
- 2+ years' experience in software development and/or scripting using languages such as C#, Python, .
NET or JavaScript /n /n /n
- Experience with workflow automation, system integration or robotic process automation platforms such as UiPath RPA, Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 /n /n /n
- A solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including design patterns, version control, testing, debugging and documentation /n /n /n
- Experience working with APIs, SQL databases and data flows between systems /n /n /n




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity to explore current tools and technologies /n /n /n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in an agile environment /n /n /n
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders /n /n /n
- Familiarity with solution design, CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as Azure or AWS /n /n /n
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or 2–5 years' experience in software development, ideally within automation, workflow or integration environments /n
