Ready to step into a well-established GP clinic offering excellent pay and a positive, collaborative culture?/n /n /n Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with a well-established GP Clinic in Neutral Bay to find an experienced Practice Nurse and Nurse Immuniser to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys working in a busy General Practice environment and is looking for the stability of a permanent, full-time position with a highly competitive rate of pay./n /n The Clinic/n /n You’ll be joining a well-established Medical Centre with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including:/n /n /n
- 12 GPs /n
- A Practice Principal /n
- An experienced Practice Manager /n
- 4 Practice Nurses /n
- A supportive administration and reception team /n With an established nursing team already in place, you’ll have plenty of support around you while working across a diverse Practice Nursing workload./n /n The Role/n /n This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, plus one Saturday per month./n /n /n As Practice Nurse, you’ll work closely with the GPs, nursing team and wider clinic staff to provide high-quality patient care./n /n /nYour responsibilities will include:/n /n /n
- Immunisations and vaccinations as an authorised Nurse Immuniser /n
- Wound care and dressings /n
- Chronic Disease Management, Care Plans and Health Assessments /n
- Assisting GPs with minor procedures /n
- ECGs and spirometry /n




- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using Best Practice software /n
- General treatment room and Practice Nursing duties /n About You/n /n We’re looking for a confident and experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys being part of a collaborative, patient-focused team./n /n /nTo be considered, you will ideally have:/n /n /n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse /n
- Nurse Immuniser qualification (essential) /n
- Previous General Practice / Practice Nursing experience /n
- Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification /n
- Current National Police Check /n
- Current Working with Children Check /n
- Strong immunisation knowledge and experience /n
- Experience with wound care, chronic disease management and health assessments /n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills /n
- A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach /n
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a larger clinical team /n What’s On Offer/n /n /n
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | plus 1 Saturday per month /n
- Up to $50 per hour + super, depending on experience /n
