- $220k + Super + Car + Bonus/n Industry: Electrical / Construction / Building Services/n Employment Type: Full-time/n /n /n The Opportunity/n /n An opportunity is available for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major projects across Melbourne./n /n Working within an established project delivery team, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages across large-scale construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards./n /n This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects alongside experienced construction professionals, with access to the resources, systems and career development opportunities associated with a Tier 1 environment./n /n /n /n We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager with a strong electrical background who can lead project teams, manage key stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes./n /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical projects and packages, from planning through to commissioning and handover. /n
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement schedules and delivery strategies. /n
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders. /n
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, variations, progress claims and commercial performance. /n




- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, specifications and relevant Australian Standards. /n
- Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies. /n
- Work closely with construction managers, site managers, engineers and other trades to coordinate project interfaces. /n
- Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance and project documentation. /n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. /n
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address programme delays or delivery issues. /n
- Oversee testing, commissioning and final project handover. /n
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, financial performance and key risks. /n About You/n /n To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong electrical project delivery background and the ability to manage complex construction projects in a demanding environment./n /n /n You will ideally have:/n /n /n
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrical Project Engineer ready to step up. /n
- Experience delivering electrical packages for a Tier 1 contractor,



major electrical contractor or established building services contractor. /n
- A strong understanding of electrical construction, installation, testing and commissioning. /n
- Experience managing project budgets, procurement, subcontractors and commercial variations. /n
- The ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications and project documentation. /n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. /n
- A proactive approach to programme management, risk mitigation and problem-solving. /n
- A sound understanding of WHS requirements, quality assurance and relevant Australian Standards. /n
- Relevant electrical engineering qualifications, trade qualifications or equivalent industry experience. /n Experience delivering major commercial, infrastructure, industrial, healthcare or data centre projects will be highly regarded./n /n /n What's on Offer?/n /n /n
