About the role
/n /nWe are seeking a Workshop Administration Officer to support a busy depot/workshop environment. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day workshop operations running smoothly, with a mix of customer service, coordination and admin support across fleet/vehicle servicing and workshop records./n /n /n Duties/n /n
- Provide high-level customer service and administration support for workshop operations /n
- Source parts/resources required for servicing, repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment /n
- Support fleet/vehicle service and repair administration, including delivery/handover coordination /n
- Assist with registration renewals and scheduled vehicle servicing administration /n
- Maintain workshop databases, records and documentation (accurate and up to date) /n /n Skills and Experience/n /n
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, delivering outcomes on time /n
- Certificate in Administration, fleet management or a related field (or equivalent experience) /n
- Solid interpersonal skills and a practical,



customer-focused approach /n
- Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office and corporate systems) with efficient typing speed /n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping /n
- Current Class C driver licence (mandatory) /n /n Desirable:/n /n /n
- Experience in spare parts ordering/processing and service administration (automotive or heavy plant) /n
- Experience in a structured environment with compliance and record-keeping requirements (e.g., government) /n /n Perks/n /n
- Great short-term assignment with full-time hours /n
- Consistent daytime roster with 9-day fortnight (and option for a 4-day week) /n
- Hands-on, practical admin role supporting workshop and fleet operations /n /n
