- circa 30 hours per week, initially Long term and eventually permanent employment opportunity CSI Club Services Ipswich is seeking a talented, team oriented and energetic Casual Chef to join the catering team. The successful applicant will be rewarded with up to 38 hours per week, however, must be willing to work a flexible weekly roster including a combination of days, nights and weekends (including public holidays) in this busy catering operation within one of the largest licensed clubs in North Ipswich. The successful applicant will report directly to the Head Chef. CSI Club Services Ipswich is looking for an industry professional with the following skills and

experience:
Minimum two (2) years' experience in a high pressure / high volume kitchen environment Display a strong work ethic,



positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative Strong attention to detail and ability to perform at a consistently high level High standard of personal presentation, grooming and personal hygiene Willingness to receive directions while also delivering positive communication Proven ability to work autonomously or within a diverse team setting Strong adherence to quality control, cost control and product delivery Strong adherence to food standards, operating procedures, WHS and regulatory guidelines If you are ready to accept the challenge and display your awesome talents as an experienced chef within our kitchen brigade we look forward to hearing from you.
