- Providing first-level technical support to end-users. /n
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues. /n
- Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure AD. /n
- Assisting with Windows AD, Users and Computers, Security Permissions, and Group Policy. /n
- Documenting and tracking support requests. /n
- Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions. /n /n Your

- A strong customer focus and a passion for helping others. /n
- Previous experience in a similar role. /n
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD. /n
- Intermediate Level 1 ICT troubleshooting skills. /n
- Excellent communication and professional phone manners. /n
- The ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs. /n
- A desire to learn and grow into more senior roles. /n
- Good attention to detail. /n
- Availability to work Monday
- Friday, 8:30 am
- 5 pm /n
