Hunter Douglas, a world-leading window coverings manufacturer, offers a Global Management Trainee Program (GMT) a 10‑month leadership development track that immerses you in the business from day one. You rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product and Customer Service, tackling real projects and receiving mentorship from senior leaders. You will start with onboarding and a global induction, then undergo five months of hands-on field training, followed by leadership and methodology sessions
