SMAART Recruitment is hiring multiple Customer Consultants to join a busy, supportive team with a leading Australian bank in Adelaide CBD. If you love helping people and want to build your experience in banking, this could be a great next move./n /n $36.82 per hour + Super | Full-time, six-month contract | Starts Monday 19 October /n /n In this role, you’ll support customers across phone, email and online messaging. You’ll answer everyday banking enquiries, work through problems and help customers feel confident using the bank’s services. /n /n /n You’ll receive five weeks of weekday training to learn the systems, build your knowledge and get to know your team before moving onto the rotating roster./n /n Who we're looking for:/n /n /n
- Customer service minds that are passionate about helping people /n
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). /n
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems /n
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. /n Contact centre experience is highly regarded, but banking experience isn’t required. If you’ve built strong customer service skills in another industry,



we’d love to hear from you./n /n The key details:/n /n /n
- Start date: Monday 19 October — this is fixed /n
- Training: First five weeks, Monday to Friday, typically 9am–5pm /n
- Ongoing roster: Rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday. You must be available between 7:30am–9pm on weekdays and 8:30am–8pm on weekends /n
- Pay: $36.82 per hour + super, with applicable weekend penalty rates /n
- Contract: Full-time for six months, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs /n
- Work rights: Australian citizens and permanent residents only /n Final interviews are happening next week, please apply if you’re available to interview at short notice and can commit to the fixed start date, full training period and ongoing roster./n /n /n Successful candidates will complete a background check, including a National Police Check./n /n
