Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join a busy residential construction team based in Norwest./n /n This is a great prospect for a junior administrator or customer service professional with an interest in the residential construction industry. /n /n /nYou will be the person behind the scenes keeping things organised, making sure documentation is in order and helping different teams stay on track./n /n /n You’ll be working across a variety of areas including customer service, contracts, administration and reception, so no two days will look exactly the same./n /n
About the role
/n /n /n
- Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day administration /n
- Preparing and organising customer and project documentation /n
- Assisting with contracts, tenders and other important project paperwork /n
- Liaising with external contractors and following up outstanding information /n
- Coordinating reports, applications and approvals /n
- Assisting customers and internal teams with general queries /n
- Providing reception support when required,
including answering and directing calls /n
- Keeping records and documentation up to date /n
- Helping with general office administration and ensuring the team has what they need to keep things moving /n About You: /n /n /n
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception or a similar role with in construction is desirable /n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills /n
- Excellent attention to detail /n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems /n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively /n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership /n What's on Offer: /n /n /n
