About the Role
/n /n /n As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life./n /n /n /n /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care /n
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing /n
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans /n
- Support residents with nutrition, hydration,



and overall health needs /n
- Maintain best-practice infection prevention and control standards /n
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams /n
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and ongoing clinical reviews /n
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies /n /n /n /n /n /n About You/n /n /n To be successful in this role, you will have:/n /n /n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse /n
- Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered) /n
- Current CPR and First Aid certification /n
- Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months) /n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) /n
- Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required /n
- Current Influenza vaccination /n
- Valid Australian working rights /n
