As the brand continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead one of their key locations at Kotara./n /nThis is the perfect role for a retail leader who loves being on the floor, leading by example and building a strong, engaged team./n /n Your New Role:/n /n /nAs Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance across sales, people, operations and customer experience. You’ll be a hands-on leader who inspires your team, drives results and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand’s values and standards./n /n /n
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. /n
- Be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting customers and leading from the front. /n
- Manage all day-to-day store operations including rosters, wages, stock and visual standards. /n
- Create a positive,



accountable team culture where people feel supported and proud of their work. /n
- Monitor store performance, identify trends and take action to maximise opportunities. /n
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation are always on brand and commercially strong. /n
- Work closely with Head Office to implement promotions, training and brand initiatives. /n

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail. /n
- A robust people leader with a passion for coaching, development and succession planning. /n
- Sales-driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets. /n
- Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /n
- Hands-on and energetic, thriving in a customer-facing leadership role. /n
