Key responsibilities
include:/n /n /n /n
- Designing and executing end-to-end data migration strategies tailored to HRIT modules. /n
- Collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and security. /n
- Supporting system configuration validation and payroll calculations. /n
- Conducting payroll process testing and identifying areas for improvement. /n




- Providing comprehensive training to client stakeholders on using HCM Payroll effectively. /n
- Advising on variances in results between legacy and target Payroll systems. /n
- Documenting configuration decisions, processes, and any customizations made during implementation. /n
