About the Role
/n We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual who shares our passion for dance and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. /n /n As a Dancewear Consultant, you’ll play an important role in helping dancers find the right products for their individual needs, providing personalised service, expert product advice and specialised shoe and garment fittings. /n /n Based at our Fountain Gate store, you’ll work alongside a supportive retail team, representing the Energetiks brand and contributing to a positive store environment. /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised shopping experiences /n
- Provide knowledgeable product advice and assist customers with shoe and garment fittings /n
- Build strong customer relationships and connect with the local dance community /n
- Contribute to store sales targets, performance goals and customer engagement initiatives /n
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, stock management and daily operations /n




- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and welcoming store workplace /n
- Develop your product knowledge and fitting skills through ongoing training /n /n About You/n To be successful in this role you will have: /n /n
- Availability to work a variety of casual shifts across weekdays and weekends /n
- Available to work additional shifts at our Moorabbin and/or Ivanhoe stores an advantage /n
- A background in dance, with classical ballet experience an advantage /n
- Previous retail experience an advantage /n
- A genuine passion for dance and helping others /n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills /n
- A friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach /n
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to learn /n
