The Blue Mountain Hotel is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-volume bistro and busy function operations, backed by a skilled kitchen brigade. You’ll drive food quality, manage daily dining and events, and work with the Venue Manager to ensure great pub classics hit the pass every service.

This hands-on leadership role requires trade cook qualifications and food safety certification, plus the ability to mentor a team and run protected, profitable operations.
