Revel Brewing Co is looking for a Head Brewer to own production, from recipe to keg. You won't be following someone else's brew sheet. You'll run the brewery day to day, shape the core range and seasonals, and work directly with the owners on where the brewery goes next. Revel Brewing Co brews along the banks of the Brisbane River at The Hills of Rivermakers in Morningside and is part of a Brisbane group with multiple restaurants, bars and entertainment venues, so your beer goes straight to taps, events and drinkers.
