IVFAustralia, part of Virtus Health, is recruiting a New Patient Care Consultant in Sydney. This permanent part-time, clinic-based role covers Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and focuses on guiding prospective patients from enquiry to initial consultations with fertility specialists.

You will use Salesforce CRM, respond to inbound enquiries, follow up with outbound calls, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with clinics to deliver caring, effective patient experiences.
