You will prepare pastry dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standards and lead a skilled kitchen team in a fast-paced, high- volume dining environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year kitchen experience, a Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification (or equivalent), and comfortable working a 7-day roster with weekends, nights and public holidays.
