Home Claims Administrator

to join our Home Repair Network team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of home insurance repair claims while partnering with builders, trades, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding claim outcomes.

As the link between claims, customers, and our repair network, you'll help ensure claims are progressed efficiently, service standards are achieved, and customers receive support when they need it most.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of home insurance repair claims from assessment through to completion.

Partner closely with builders and trade networks to deliver quality repairs within agreed service levels.

Monitor claim progress, timelines, repair scopes, costs, and customer outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve claim efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service delivery.

Resolve customer enquiries and complex escalations with empathy and professionalism.

Analyse claim information and provider performance to support informed decision-making.

Coach and support repair partners on reporting requirements, documentation standards, and performance expectations.

Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations, governance requirements, and WHS obligations.

Leverage digital tools and systems to manage workflows, reporting, and claim visibility.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience within Property Claims, Home Claims, Building Claims, or Insurance Repairs.
