The Role

Your focus is on managing the portfolio and looking after your landlords and tenants,not running around doing every task yourself. You’ll be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance and repairs Managing tenancy issues and resolving problems as they arise Providing landlords with rental and market advice Working with contractors and trades Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with current legislation No leasing. No routine inspections. No weekend work. VAs handle much of the administration so you can focus on the parts of Property Management that actually need your expertise. What’s In It For You

Minimum

1+ year Property Management experience Experience managing your own portfolio highly regarded Strong communication and client relationship skills Good knowledge of QLD property management legislation Solid organisation and follow-up A positive, practical approach when things don’t go to plan Just as importantly, they want someone who enjoys being part of a team.
