About the role: As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a flexible and supportive team as we grow into busy practice at heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice environment would be highly desirable experience an advantage.

This role will require:

Reception, welcoming and processing patients

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties

Managing telephoneenquiries

Supporting the Radiologists

Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists

Fast accurate medical typing

Skills and experience:

To be successful for this role, we require the following:

Excellent telephone manner

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Exceptional attention to detail

Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
