Illawarra Women’s Trauma Recovery Centre invites a senior operations leader to drive strategic capabilities across people, systems and governance. Reporting to the CEO and working with the Board, you will shape organizational infrastructure for growth and impact.

You will lead People & Culture, quality and WHS, while strengthening financial resilience and partnerships to sustain long-term outcomes for women’s recovery services.
