WorkCover WA is inviting applications from experienced legal practitioners to serve as sessional Arbitrators. You will preside over arbitration hearings, issue binding determinations under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and perform directions and case management orders with adherence to the relevant Rules. The role requires a current practicing certificate and at least 5 years of legal experience post-admission.
