Evolution Mining is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead a portfolio of capital projects, sustaining works and site improvements at Cowal Gold Operations. You will mentor engineers, work with contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable outcomes from concept through to handover.

Based in Recent South Wales, you will balance technical leadership with people development, using RCM principles to optimise asset performance across mechanical, structural and civil disciplines.
