Diamond Valley College in Melbourne's northern suburbs seeks a Leading Teacher (Years 7–8 Sub-School Leader) to raise attendance, behaviour, engagement and wellbeing outcomes. You will coordinate staff, model best practices, and bolster team-oriented learning within a clear VTLM 2.0 framework.

You will work with the College Leadership Team to ensure consistent practice, support policy development, and drive school priorities across the junior cohort.
