SMAART Recruitment has partnered with a leading Australian Insurance provider to recruit two Customer Service and Sales Consultants for Sydney CBD. You will manage inbound calls and follow up on enquiries via phone, email and live chat, matching customers with suitable insurance packages with a consultative approach. Training will be 6 weeks at the Sydney CBD office. Post training, the role is hybrid (work from home 2 days/week). Mon-Fri 8:00am–6:30pm.
