Quickcare is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded early learning service in Sydney's Inner West to recruit an experienced Room Leader for their nursery room.

About Our Client This boutique 40-place, Exceeding-rated service is set in a beautifully renovated heritage building on a quiet street, operating from 7am to 6pm. The nursery is a calm, home-like space filled with natural light, with its own sleep room and a private outdoor play area designed just for babies and toddlers.

The service follows a play-based approach, with a strong focus on building secure, nurturing relationships with children and families.

The Role As Nursery Room Leader, you will lead a small team in delivering a play-based program for children aged 0-2,



build solid relationships with families, and mentor the educators in your room.

Essential Requirements

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT), or ACECQA-approved equivalent

Experience working with children aged 0-2

Current NSW Working With Children Check (paid employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

Full Australian working rights are essential. Applicants on student visas will not be considered for this role.
