About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities




Operational Oversight and daily production of the workshop Organise teams and manage workflow Coordinate production scheduling to ensure targets are being met Ensure repairs are completed to scope and within required timeframes Coach and develop team members to improve capability and productivity Conduct final quality inspections and sign off completed repairs Monitor and achieve KPIs and monthly production targets Complying to health and safety regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred) Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (desirable) Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and body repair methods Comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Commitment to workplace safety, productivity and quality standards Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic All enquiries will be treated with the strictest confidence.
