About the Role We are seeking a motivated and technically minded

Technical Sales / Support Specialist

to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, assist customers with system design and product selection, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and remote support tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related technical issues.

Provide clear and effective guidance to customers to resolve system concerns.

Record customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.

Maintain and expand technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Assist customers with product selection, system design, and solution recommendations.





Support both technical and sales functions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience within the Electronic Security, Access Control, or CCTV industry.

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Good understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.

Experience with electronic security products and system design would be highly regarded.
