Answering inbound calls and walking customers through their salary packaging accounts.

Solving queries with empathy, speed, and accuracy.

Managing customer records and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you bring:

Solid communication skills and a naturally helpful attitude.

Experience in customer service (contact center, retail, or hospitality all count).

Confidence using computers and navigating basic software.
