Support client onboarding and service commencement

Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement

Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of support workers

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Support operational and administrative functions as required

Escalate service risks and concerns appropriately to management

Essential Skills And Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with diverse stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint

Commitment to person-centred service delivery and quality outcomes, We welcome applicants with:

Diploma in Community Services and a minimum of three years' case management experience; or

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioural Science or a related discipline; or

Nursing qualifications and relevant industry experience.
