You will lead a geographically dispersed team in Australia, India, China and Malaysia and partner with Finance, P&C; and external providers to ensure compliant service delivery. The role requires a track record in payroll operations, cross-country leadership and a pragmatic, data-driven approach to improve processes within a rapid-moving resources
